President Kenyatta starts power-on procedure
It is understood that currently, the Nairobi power supply area is mainly based on 220 kilovolt and 66 kilovolt grids. With the increasing power demand, existing grids will be difficult to guarantee safe and stable power supply. '220 kV gas insulated substation' project After completion and production, it will not only increase the deployment of 220 kV substations in the power supply area in Nairobi, but also provide strong support for the optimization of 66 kV grids. It will effectively promote the upgrading of the power grid in the urban area of Nairobi and improve the reliability and safety of power supply.
President Kenyatta inspects substations
The smooth implementation of this project will enable Kenya and other African countries to further recognize the excellent product quality and good construction capabilities of China's machinery and electronic industries, thereby promoting the popularity of Chinese standards in African countries. ' Chief Engineer of TBEA Project Liu Ye stressed.
