Bloomberg: Non-Executive Director Tian Dongfang Named Secretary of Party Committee of ZTE Corporation

According to an information source quoted by Bloomberg on the evening of May 31, Tian Dongfang, a non-executive director of ZTE Corporation, has been appointed party secretary of ZTE Corporation.

Tian Dongfang also served as director of the Xi'an Microelectronics Technology Research Institute (771 institutes). Hou Weigui also came from 771 institutes. The institute is affiliated to the Ninth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.

Informed sources said that Fan Qingfeng was removed from the party secretary of ZTE.
