Panasonic, Pentium, Superman and other small household electrical appliances failed

From May to July 2017, the Jiangsu Administration for Industry and Commerce based on GB 4706.1-2005 “Home and Similar Electrical Appliances Safety Part 1: General Requirements, GB 4706.2-2007 "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 2: Particular requirements for electric irons", GB 4706.9-2008 "Safety razors for household and similar electrical appliances" , special requirements for electric hair clippers and similar appliances, etc., and seven other testing criteria were used to inspect the quality of small household appliances in circulation in some areas of the province.

The sampling scope covers Wuxi, Changzhou, Suzhou, Lianyungang, Nanjing, Taizhou, and Huai'an. It covers 50 brands including Panasonic, ASD, Otto, Pentium, Jiuyang, and Rongshida, totaling 150 small household appliances. After inspection, 132 groups passed, 18 failed, and the passing rate was 88.0%.
