New active patent exposure for Apple Living hinges! Just like the 2015 Surface Book?

Apple has a new patent exposure! According to Apple's newest living hinge hinged on a new patent, the design with a living hinge allows the Apple MacBook casing to be made of a rigid material, and the middle position will be a softer material while supporting the display screen. Outside of the keyboard part, the inside of the side wall of the rigid housing can accommodate the electronic components, so that the notebook design can be more flexible! However, this design seems to be a bit familiar.

Like Surface Book is only an illusion?

Someone may have seen a new patented picture of Apple's living hinges and would feel that the Living Hinge design is very similar to the Surface Book that Microsoft launched in 2015. But in fact, in 2013, Apple started to develop a living hinge on the MacBook to connect the screen and keyboard.
