Recently, the General Office of the Hebei Provincial Government promulgated the “Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Integrated Circuit Industry.” The comments pointed out that by 2020, the average operating income of the integrated circuit industry in the province will increase by an average annual growth rate of over 30%, and 5-10 integrations will be introduced. Upstream and downstream companies in the circuit, nurture 3-5 IC design services and integrated circuit special materials companies with leading domestic level, and cultivate more than 10 hatchery chip design companies.
