On Monday, NVIDIA launched the GTX 1050 3GB in a low profile.
The GTX 1050 is based on the GP107 core. It retains 768 stream processors that share the 1050 Ti. The base frequency also reaches 1392 MHz and the highest is 1518 MHz. Although the memory capacity is 3GB GDDR5, the bit width is cut into 96 bits. The total bandwidth is directly reduced to 84GB/s.
In this situation, people suddenly recalled the graphics whiteboard hesitated between 1GB GDDR3 and 512MB GDDR5...
This weekend, Gigabyte launched the GTX 1050 3GB product page.
The GTX 1050 uses 80mm dual fan cooling, with preset OC modes and game modes. The limit frequency can reach 1582MHz.
In terms of detailed specifications, Gigabyte also clarified some misunderstandings from the outside world. For example, GTX 1050 3GB GPU core is replaced TSMC's 16nm OEM , but not the Samsung 14nm of the 1050 2G/1050 Ti.
For the external interface, the card provides a DVI-D, an HDMI 2.0b and a DP 1.4, up to 8K 60Hz resolution.
