Recently, the National 863 Program for Foaming Waterborne Polyurethane Manufacturing and Application Key Technologies undertaken by high-tech enterprises in Gansu Province and Lanzhou New District Key Investment Enterprise Ketian Group successfully passed the technology acceptance organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Experts from the acceptance group of the High Technology Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology heard the project self-acceptance report, reviewed the relevant acceptance documents, examined the production site and conducted questions and discussions, and then studied the innovation of the planned tasks, the degree of acceptance of the indicators, and other aspects. The evaluation of the implementation of the project was conducted. The expert group believed that the research group completed the research content stipulated in the mission statement, reached the requirements for assessment indicators and technical readiness, and agreed to pass the technical acceptance.
The key technology for the manufacture and application of foamed waterborne polyurethanes was launched in March 2015. It was led by Waterborne Science and Technology, China University of Science and Technology, Anhui University, Hefei University of Technology, and Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. Through the implementation of the project, breakthroughs were made. Waterborne polyurethane resin molecular design and synthesis, continuous production, mechanical foaming and control, waterborne wet process preparation of bass and production line design and other key technologies, solved the poor water resistance and mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane, cell temperature rise collapse, bass peel load Technical problems, such as unbalanced hand feel, etc. We have built one 10,000-ton water-based polyurethane demonstration production line and eight water-based wet-method demonstration production lines to achieve mass production of foamable waterborne polyurethane resin and its scale application in the field of synthetic leather. 23 applications for invention patents, of which 11 were authorized. Presided over the formulation of two industry standards, participated in the formulation of 2. 19 papers were published, 21 graduate students were trained.
