A, preparation before baking

1, drying room cleaning

After releasing the back button, the drying chamber and the dust collection chamber are disassembled, the hole screen separator and the shield screen separator are removed, and the high-pressure air gun is used for cleaning. The powder that is not easily cleaned in the heating cylinder can be blown out by a fan. After the air gun is cleaned up, the parts must be wiped clean with a clean rag (in the case of stains that are more difficult to clean, use a little white mineral oil to clean it first).

2, warm up the bucket

After the components of the drying chamber are cleaned, the drying chamber is assembled (pay special attention to the upper ring and the lower ring (sealing ring) when assembling, if the air leakage will seriously affect the drying effect).

B, filler drying

1, temperature regulation

Refer to 'Reference Table of Drying Temperature of Plastic Raw Materials' and combine actual experience to adjust the electronic temperature controller as appropriate to match the temperature of the bimetal thermometer with the actual temperature.

2, air volume adjustment

The adjustment effect of the air volume is very large. Generally, the effect is best when all are open. When there is not enough material in the drum, or when a higher temperature is required, a small amount of air can be adjusted as appropriate to reduce the heat loss. Otherwise, the expected drying effect cannot be achieved. .

3, raw material barrel

When the raw materials are filled, ensure that the 'full bucket', that is, the amount of raw materials in the bucket is not less than 70% of the total charged amount, so as to avoid uneven drying effect or to make the drying time too long.

4, drying of transparent materials

When the transparent material is dry, it must be installed in the air inlet device's original air filter to prevent dust from entering the air.

Fourth, dryer maintenance and maintenance

1. The air inlet filter should be cleaned frequently. When the filter is blocked, the amount of air entering will be reduced, which will affect the drying effect.

2. During the drying process, the powder material falls into the hopper, heats the cartridge, and sequesteres over time, so it needs to be cleaned regularly (especially for dryers that do not change the material for a long time, no color change is necessary).

3, In case of over-temperature, when the raw material agglomerates on the protective screen, the raw material cannot fall. At this time, it is forbidden to scrape with a hard object such as iron rod, and the protective screen hole separator is damaged. The material bucket should be disassembled first. , Remove it properly.

4, Ten minutes after turning off the heat, turn off the blower again to ensure that the electric heating cylinder is fully cooled and extends its service life.

5. During the drying process, the dryer must be inspected regularly for working conditions. If there is abnormality, the dryer should be shut down immediately for repair. After the fault is removed, the dryer can be used again.
