The acquisition of the Hengshen Group includes 280,000 tons of caprolactam production facilities in the former DSM European factory of Fubont, 320,000 tons of phenol-cyclohexanone production plant, and 400,000 tons of caprolactam production in Nanjing Fubonte (formerly Nanjing Oriental). The device also includes phenol process cyclohexanone production process, HPOPLUS caprolactam production technology, ammonium sulfate large particle technology and other technologies and intellectual property rights.
