5, Good chemical stability Some synthetic oils are superior to mineral oils in terms of thermal stability, oxidation stability and hydrolytic stability. Perfluorocarbons and strong acids, strong alkalis, etc. do not work. The alkylbenzenes have good radiation resistance. Can resist multiple radiations.
Due to the expensive source of synthetic oil, the synthesis process is complex, the investment is high, and the wear resistance and lubricity of synthetic oil are superior to those of mineral oil.
