(2) The scope of construction site change is within the same county area;
(3) The adjustment of the heat storage medium and technical parameters must ensure that the system performance is optimized;
(4) Adjusted technology integrators can be adjusted if the relevant companies agree on the agreement;
(5) Other model contents may not be adjusted in principle.
The adjustment of construction content shall be reported to the provincial energy authority for technical support agencies to organize the research and validation and implementation of the relevant procedures, and shall be completed by the end of June; the provincial energy authority shall promptly submit the demonstration content adjustment report to the National Energy Administration.
Establish a project exit mechanism. According to the “Circular of the General Affairs Department of the National Energy Administration on the Construction of CSP Demonstration Projects” (hereinafter referred to as the notification), the provincial-level energy authorities should cooperate with the demonstration projects listed in the notification. For those project investment enterprises that have not started or put into operation according to the specified time limit, they will be notified according to the circumstances or restricted to participate in the construction of follow-up solar thermal power generation demonstration projects.
