First, increase corporate supervision

They must not use non-compliant vehicle transport vehicles that have not been declared in the declaration system and exceed the time limit for exit, and should guide the vehicle logistics enterprises in the region to use more railways, waterways, and improve transportation. The proportion of railways and waterways used in long-distance transportation of vehicles, and the price of railways and waterways during transportation are kept stable. It is imperative to urge the passenger vehicle manufacturing enterprises to arrange transportation plans in advance according to the vehicle renewal progress of vehicle logistics companies, and reasonably determine the price of road transportation. Second, increase the intensity of source control
The competent authorities for transportation in various places shall strengthen the inspection of the source’s law enforcement, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the centralized loading points of passenger vehicles, logistics stations, and production plants of passenger vehicle manufacturers, and find that non-compliant vehicle transport vehicles are not declared in the declaration system. 4. If the vehicle identification code is inconsistent with the driving permit, the use of forged or altered motor vehicle number plates, driving licenses or motor vehicle number plates using other vehicles, or driving licenses is considered as the case may be.
