Hypertension: Baihui and Taichong

Acupoint selection: 1. Baihui Point, located at the intersection of the midline of the head and the connection line of the two ears, can be easily selected by connecting the midpoints of the two ear angles (Figure 1). 2. Taichong Point, located at the foot of the foot Side, first, two zygomatic commissures before the Department of depression. The thumb toe, the second toe between the two pairs of the direction of the instep to the instep, that is Taichong Point (Figure 2).

Angina: Neiguan, Shenmen, Tan Zhongxue

In patients with angina pectoris, when there is a lot of physical activity, chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath and other symptoms may occur. Acupressure massage can dilate blood vessels, improve myocardial blood supply, and relieve symptoms.

Acupoint selection: 1. Neiguan Point, 2 inches above the wrist stripes, between the long palm spasm and the flexor carpi ulnaris. When looking for this point, we forcefully tighten the left fist, place the right index finger, the middle finger, and the ring finger together. The ring finger is placed on the horizontal stripes of the left wrist. The cross point of the two ribs raised on the right index finger and the left wrist is Neiguan (Figure 3). 2. The Shenmen point, located on the wrist, is on the lateral side of the wrist. Side, radial side of the flexor carpi ulnaris sacral depression (Figure 4). 3.
