Intel's first 10nm CPU has been announced as the i3-8121U, a TDP with only 15W of mobile products, including Lenovo IdeaPad 330 won the first release, the product has been sold; follow-up, and next month's Crimson Canyon NUC to use.
Because the yield rate could not keep up, 10nm is only a small-scale shipment in 2018, and Intel seems to have prepared low-voltage products first. For example, i3-8121U theoretically belongs to Cannon Lake-U products.
According to WCCFTech, Cannonlake-Y family products also appeared quietly.
Cannonlake-Y is Core M, The name is Core M3-8114Y.
In terms of specifications, the Core M3-8114Y is designed as a dual-core, four-threaded processor with a base frequency of 1.5GHz. The current seventh-generation Core M3 is clocked at 1.1GHz, and has an acceleration frequency of 3.0GHz and a power consumption of 4.5W.
Interestingly, this 8-generation Core M3 is also a Lenovo product. Is Intel's first 10nm really a priority for China?
Last but not least, today's Bloomberg News revealed that the $400 low-priced Surface tablet is quite up to date with the 8-generation Core M3.
