Izhemi announces plans for expansion

With the increase in orders in recent years, Guangdong Yizhimi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. announced plans to expand production capacity to 4 billion yuan a year.

Mr. Zhang, general manager of the company's injection molding machine division, told reporters at the pre-show conference at Chinaplas on April 22: 'The global annual sales target for our injection molding machines is 25%.' The company has already started expansion in Shunde, Guangdong. Wusha's production base has an area of ​​57,000 square meters. The first phase of Wusha Base has been put into production in 2016. At present, the plant produces electric injection molding machines and high-speed packaging systems, including injection molding machines and molds.

Yi Zhi Mi said that the company is steadily increasing production. At present, the Wusha plant can produce at least 30 sets of high-speed packaging systems every month. By the end of the year, the monthly production capacity can be increased to 40 sets.

After the second phase of the project is completed next year, it is predicted that the annual output value of the Wusha plant will increase to 2.2 billion yuan. By then, the production of rubber injection molding machines will be transferred from the plant to the Gaoli plant near the company’s headquarters in Shunde, with an operating area of ​​80,000. Square meters.

In addition, Yizhimi plans to transfer the production of two board machines to a factory covering an area of ​​33,000 square meters in Wujiang District, Suzhou. After the completion of the migration, the annual output value of the two board machines at the Wujiang Plant can reach 500 million yuan, and the annual output value of robot equipment. Up to 200 million yuan.

In other countries, Izhemi’s plant in Amandabad, India, was put into production in June last year. The plant occupies 8,775 square meters and is planned to produce 200 to 250 injection molding machines per year. Opens an R&D center with an area of ​​20,000 square meters. Last year, Izhemi opened a medium-sized technology research center in cooperation with RWTH University in Aachen, Germany (the plastic processing research center).

In 2016, Izhemi announced an investment of 81.5 million yuan for research and development.

At this year's China Rubber and Plastics Show, Ishmi also announced that it has invested in the Prince & Weiss Environmental Plastic Innovation Center in Yi Peng, Belgium.

Iran’s main exporters are Turkey, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, but plans to expand significantly in the North American market.

At the end of 2017, IJMI’s US subsidiary Izymi-HPM built its American Center in Iberia, Ohio. It covers an area of ​​23,000 square meters and invests 1.8 million US dollars. The center is mainly used for after-sales support and services. Mi-HPM has 20 full-time employees, including 4 engineers. Last year, the sales of American companies jumped 114%.

Yizhimi was established in 2002 and was listed in 2015. It is currently listed on the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges. The company also produces mold and rubber injection molding machines.
