The first large-scale rice side deep fertilization technology mechanical debut

On May 8th, an integrated demonstration of synchronous deep-fertilizer application for paddy rice transplanting was held in Jiansanjiang, Heilongjiang. This event was jointly organized by the Agricultural Mechanization Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the General Station for the Development and Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization Technology and the steering group of the mechanized advancement action experts. For a long time, most areas in China have been using artificial fertilizers applied to the surface of rice before planting rice, or evenly stirring the fertilizer in the soil during site preparation. Fertilizer utilization is not high, and labor intensity is high. In addition to machine transplanting, the fertilizer is quantified, positioned, evenly and reliably applied to the soil below the seedlings in accordance with the agronomic requirements. Several years of experimental research have shown that synchronous deep-fertilizing techniques for rice transplanting machines have significantly improved fertilizer use. Rate, promotes early rice vegetative growth, reduces costs and other advantages, was identified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as a major leading agricultural technology in 2018.

The full mechanization advancement action group believes that the simultaneous deep-fertilization of paddy rice transplanter is an advanced technology that promotes the green development of agriculture in China. The activity focused on 16 types of rice transplanters with lateral deep fertilization function to demonstrate the effects of land fertilization and demonstration of paddy rice transplanting operations. This is the first large-scale centralized rice depot deep fertilization technology machinery in China. The staff also observed the fields of paddy field cultivation, mechanized breeding and other supporting technologies and equipment operations, and conducted technical training and exchange seminars.

From the country's 13 major rice producing provinces and some key counties and cities in the management of agricultural machinery, representatives of the promotion department and agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises, agricultural machinery service organizations represented more than 100 people attended the event.
