Johnson Matthey has selected Patrick Thomas, CEO of Covestro, as the next chairman. Patrick Thomas will replace Tim Stevenson who has retired after working for the company for seven years.
Patrick will join the board of directors as non-executive director and president-designate on June 1st, 2018. The chairmanship of the board will take effect after the conclusion of the annual meeting on July 26, 2018, when Tim Stevenson retires.
