The State Council informed the decision that in 2018, after the above-mentioned 38 counties and cities have issued the central government subsidy funds for public hospitals to the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will make overall plans to reward them according to a certain percentage or quota.
