Taiwan's 'Ministry of Economic Affairs': Taiwanese companies exporting goods to these 2 companies are required to obtain a strategic high-tech goods export license in advance and then export the goods to Customs.

Review of relevant application cases, if it does not involve the development of nuclear weapons, biological weapons, chemical weapons, etc., the issuing authority such as the Bureau of Trade shall issue the certificate within 3 to 5 working days. If there is doubt, the relevant authority will be invited to review the relevant 15 working days to issue a certificate.

Taiwan 'Ministry of Economic Affairs': The United States prohibits ZTE Corporation 2 from exporting any goods, software or technology from the United States. No other individual or organization may export it to the company; companies in the United States and overseas may also not have any transactions with ZTE Corporation.
