Glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced Windform material passes flammability test

The Windform high-performance composite product series developed by CRP Technology of Modena, Italy, a partner of CRP, has passed the UL 94 HB flammability test and shows no signs of degradation in the VUV test.

The Windform material provided by CRP Technology is said to have excellent thermal and mechanical properties, making it the most suitable laser sintered material to meet the needs of the most competitive and advanced industries.

Windform composites guarantee high standards of flexibility, elasticity, resistance (resistance to vibration, deformation, high and low temperatures, and damage to liquids), and it has been rated HB class according to the UL 94 flammability test.

Products that have passed the flammability rating test are: laser-sintered polyamide-based carbon fiber reinforced Windform XT 2.0 and Windform SP composites, and LS polyamide-based glass fiber reinforced Windform GT and Windform LX 3.0 composites.
