After the acquisition is completed, the company holds 60% equity of Xinfei Electronics. The active electronic component agents and technical solution providers provide one-stop services in automotive electronics, car networking, smart cities and security, smart phones and other fields; at the same time, they have the ability to design semiconductor products.
Subsequently, Shenzhen Huaqiang said in an agency survey that the focus of work in 2018 is to establish a semiconductor group, change the current development mode that mainly relies on outreach and acquisition, and build a long tail demand service platform for electronic components.
