In the face of the unfavorable situation of small annual production capacity and single product structure of polyethylene plants, Liaoyang Petrochemical does not fight the market in terms of output scale, and actively adjusts the product structure. It is responsible for the research and development of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene special materials which are the cutting-edge products of the polyethylene industry. .
Since its official launch at the beginning of 2013, Liaoyang Petrochemical has successively completed performance optimization studies and process amplification for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene catalysts, pilot-scale experimental research, and formed a relatively complete set of pilot test technology, which was completed in late June 2016. Pilot production, in one stroke, filled the gap of China Petroleum in the production of this product.
