The latest developments in the group's Wanghong patent case, Pan Lian Pan Jiancheng: Certainly countering

According to the micro-message news, the FLASH control chip factory group used some products equipped with Toshiba's flash memory chips and was accused of infringement of patent rights by Wang Hong, a memory plant in Taiwan. Chairman of the group group Pan Jiancheng said in an interview with Taiwan Media yesterday (19th). In the past 18 years, the group's patents accumulated are not necessarily vegetarian, and will certainly be countered. Wang Hong will not comment.

Chonglian pointed out that due to the use of some products equipped with Toshiba flash memory chips, Wang Hong has been accused of infringement of the patent rights. It is deeply regrettable that yesterday, the group will emphasize that Toshiba will also fight with Toshiba to counter improperly alleged infringement. Joint operations will not be affected by this.

In fact, the infringement lawsuit between Wanghong and Toshiba originated in March of last year. Wang Wang sued Toshiba and the United States of America with “non-volatile memory” imported by Toshiba to the United States and infringed the company's NAND and NOR FLASH patent rights. Subsidiaries and other five companies required measures to prohibit the import of infringing products into the United States, and the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) accepted Wang Hong's complaint and decided to investigate under Article 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act.

Toshiba also fought back. In October last year, in Taiwan's court, Wang Hong was sued for infringement of the patent right. In November, he also filed the Wanghong infringement patent with the Japan Patent Office.

The Wang Hong and Toshiba patent warfare has not yet yielded results, and the war continued to extend to suppliers. Wang Hong filed a lawsuit against the IPR Court against the IP group yesterday (19th), accusing the QC of adopting Toshiba products and infringing Wanghong’s patent rights.

Pan Jian shaped the incident as 'unexplainable'. The group affiliation and Wanghong have always been committed to river water, but Wang Hong developed NAND Flash. Toshiba was the inventor of Flash. Toshiba successively claimed several lawsuits against infringement and Wang Hong sued in the United States. Toshiba also made Toshiba fight back. Today, Wang Hong also sued Taiwan Toshiba and Qunlian in Taiwan.

Toshiba is a major shareholder of Grouplink. Group Connect mainly purchases NAND chips from Toshiba. Pan Jiancheng stated that Wanghong filed an infringement lawsuit by forcing Toshiba to make concessions through accusation of group ties. However, Grouplink purchased Flash from Toshiba and Toshiba would have ensured. Its product security, so the group will not be affected.
