At the F1 China Grand Prix held in Shanghai, AMD announced that it has reached a year-long cooperation with the Ferrari team.
According to the cooperation agreement, From the start of the 2018 season, the AMD logo will be displayed on the nose of the SF71H F1 race car, on the arms of the team’s workstation staff and on the official trailer.
At the same time as part of the cooperation, AMD's technology will also be applied to Ferrari.

At the end of February this year, the Ferrari team announced the use of the SF71H in the 2018 season. The AMD LOGO appeared on the nose of the car.
In 2002, AMD began to sponsor the Ferrari F1 team. It was reported that the annual sponsorship fee was about $10-20 million, which lasted for 11 years. It ended until the beginning of 2013. Now, after five years, the two sides came together once again.
