The automobile and motorcycle industry is an important pillar industry of China's national economy. The transformation from traditional electromechanical products and vehicles to large-scale mobile intelligent terminals, energy storage units and digital spaces will become mobile office and entertainment spaces, and will become new entrances for innovative digital services.
These changes will bring profound changes to the shape, production methods and business models of automotive products. In the future, new energy vehicles and intelligent network-linked vehicles will become the hot spots in the automotive technology field and the competition core of the automotive market, and will be lightweight and electrified. With the theme of intelligence, networking, and sharing, important changes and breakthroughs have been achieved. With the development of the industry, industry inspection and certification organizations have paid more attention to the updating of detection methods and have continued to learn to introduce detection methods and concepts from advanced foreign institutions. During the 1-day conference, three technical sub-venues for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles were carried out simultaneously. The meeting reviewed the development and requirements of the industry, and analyzed the development of new energy vehicles and smart car network detection technologies. The challenges and countermeasures brought by intelligent network-linked vehicles to the automotive inspection and certification industry, the changes in automotive product certification requirements, and the development of technologies, and the development and application of relevant standards for operating vehicles were analyzed. It will be fully completed by the end of next year and put into use. Vehicle comprehensive performance test field; Phase IV project is also fully started, considering new energy test, focusing on commercial vehicles, heavy-duty off-road vehicle performance and endurance test; After the completion of Phase IV project, the automobile test site will have 12 performance roads, 2 high speeds Central Road; Intelligent Internet Alliance Auto Proving Ground construction planned in multiple locations, completed at the end of this year in the headquarters of Shenyang Comprehensively cover the differential base stations, 5G communication base stations, high-precision maps, digital testing grounds, and intelligent Wulian Park of the 5,000-mu auto testing ground in Phases I, II, III, and IV, and improve and supplement the intelligent network interconnection test equipment to form a complete The intelligent network of automobile test and detection capabilities; At the same time in 2019 began to upgrade the existing test site, when the maximum speed of high-speed ring road will increase 30 km / h.
