First quarter global PC shipments 60.4 million units | HP First

Beijing morning news on the 12th, data released by the market research organization ICD on Wednesday showed that in the first quarter of this year, global PC shipments were 60.4 million units, which was flat with the same period last year.

In the first quarter, Hewlett-Packard’s PC shipments were 13.667 million units, ranking first in the global rankings, an increase of 4.3% from the 13.18 million units in the same period of last year, and the global market share increased from 21.7% in the same period last year to 22.6%. In the first quarter, it still maintained its leading position relative to other competitors, and it was also the eighth consecutive year-on-year growth. The company showed growth momentum in all markets except Latin America.

Lenovo Group ranked second in terms of PC shipments in the first quarter was 12.305 million units, which was basically the same as 12.3 million units in the same period of last year. The global market share was 20.4%, which was the same as that of the same period of last year. Lenovo shipped out in most markets in the world in the first quarter. Volume was flat with the same period last year, but the Latin American market did not perform as well as last year.

Dell ranked third in terms of PC shipments in the first quarter of 10.19 million units, an increase of 6.4% year-on-year, and its market share increased from 15.9% in the same period last year to 16.9%.

Acer Computer ranked fourth, with PC shipments of 4.085 million units in the first quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 7.7%, and a decrease in market share from 7.3% in the same period last year to 6.8%.

Apple ranked fifth, with PC shipments of 4 million units in the first quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 4.8%, and market share dropped from 7.0% in the same period last year to 6.6%.
