As a joint co-construction unit of laboratories, Harbin Electric Group is responsible for the in-depth development and application of industrial big data in the power equipment industry, and undertakes the scientific research task of remote maintenance and diagnosis of key power equipment.

After nearly a year of intense preparations for construction, the Harbin Group has completed preliminary construction of the laboratory by the end of 2017. It is gradually equipped with functions such as remote diagnosis, test and development, video conferencing, VR system, monitoring, and multimedia display. The laboratory uses sensing, measurement and control, and data. Acquisition, industrial data wireless transmission, resource data sharing and utilization, industrial big data cloud platform, end-cloud integrated application technology, data modeling as the laboratory's technology breakthrough direction, creating an advanced operation and maintenance platform for users to provide services.

In the application of 'Internet+' technology in manufacturing, Harbin Electric Group has been actively exploring the advance.
