Vishay conductive and hybrid conductive aluminum polymer capacitors save PCB space and reduce costs

PALM, MALVERN — April 10, 2018 — Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced the launch of new conductive (184 CPNS, 185 CPNZ and 186 CPNT series) and mixed conductive (182 CPHZ and 183 CPHT Series) Aluminum Polymer Capacitors in a variety of frame sizes from 4mm x 4mm x 5.5mm to 10mm x 10mm x 12.4mm. Vishay BCcomponents capacitors last longer than standard aluminum capacitors and have higher ripple current and Better impedance saves PCB space and reduces costs.

The conductive aluminum polymer capacitors released today have a lifetime of 5,000 hours at +105°C, ripple currents up to 5600mA, ESR down to 9mΩ, and are suitable for mobile devices, consumer products and communications applications. Devices with mixed conductive materials can be used in automobiles In industrial and industrial applications, the service life at +105°C reaches 10,000 hours, the ripple current is 2500mA, and the ESR is as low as 20Ω.

Capacitors are RoHS compliant, surface mountable, AEC-Q200 certified versions are available upon request, auto pick and place and JEDEC-compliant high temperature reflow soldering are available.

Samples of 182 CPHZ, 183 CPHT, 184 CPNS, 185 CPNZ and 186 CPNT are available now and are in volume production. The lead time for large orders is from 12 to 16 weeks.
