On March 30, 2018, the refinery project of the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park constructed by Ten Construction Co., Ltd., which was constructed by the methanol-to-olefins plant of the 600,000-ton/year MTO project of the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, and the prefabrication of the Langfang Steel Structure of the olefin enrichment unit, marked the successful start of the project.
It is understood that the 600,000-ton/year MTO project is a key project of the seven chemical industry parks in China---Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park. The large-scale petrochemical enterprises in the park are highly competitive and it is one of the key lines for the market development of the Ten Construction Company. The project has a compact layout, MTO anti-re-framework site welding and equipment on-the-spot subdivision, installation cross construction, complex construction processes, strict process requirements, quality control is difficult.
The whole construction period spans winter and summer, and the construction period is only one year. It is faced with tight schedules, heavy tasks, and construction impacts such as civil works and cross-management operations. At the same time, plans have been designed and the arrival of materials has been lagging behind. The control point has been delayed for two months, which greatly shortens the installation period. In response to many unfavorable factors, the project office of the Nanjing Chemical Industry Development Park of the Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. starts from the inside according to the actual conditions of the site, prepares the steel structure construction planning in advance, and organizes the prefabrication of steel structures in advance. The special matchmaking meeting was carefully planned for each link, and various measures were adopted to overcome the objective conditions such as the constant rain and rain in the current Nanjing area, which effectively ensured the start of construction and laid a good foundation for the construction of the device.
The Nanjing Chemical Park Project 600,000 tons/year MTO device is expected to be completed on February 28, 2019. The installation of the device will have an important significance for the distribution of coal chemical production in the Yangtze River Delta region.
