The company announced on April 3 that it acquired diemail tool processing company in Georgetown, Ontario. diold is a tool shop and also produces accessories for cross-linked polyethylene pipes and related piping products.
Muller entered the PEX pipeline market in May 2017 when the company acquired PexCor Manufacturing Corporation and Therlink Corporation. The company said at the time that the acquisition was strategic for its flow control products in pressure plastics. PexCor is PEX pipeline production. Muller believes that PEX Pipeline is a strategic part of its pipeline system, although the acquisition of PEX is insignificant compared with the sales of copper pipes and related metal products.
