Black disk SSD uses M.2 interface, self-developed 3D flash memory (also known as SanDisk), supports NVMe.
Performance, The highest order read speed of 500GB/1TB models can reach 3400MB/s, the highest sequential write speed of 1TB can reach 2800MB/s, and the random read speed of 1TB can reach 500K IOPS.
In terms of durability, the total number of writes per 1TB is 600TBW, providing a 5-year warranty.
In terms of price, The 250GB is priced at $120 (about $756), the 500GB is priced at $230 (about $1450), and the 1TB is priced at $450 (about $2837). It will start selling in late April.
For reference, at present, the price of the old black disk SSD of the State Bank, 256GB (sequential read 2050MB/s) is 599 yuan.
