Phil Windley, chairman of the private non-profit Sorvin Foundation, told Reuters on Thursday that IBM will join the blockchain identity authentication system developed by the Sovrin Foundation in the form of a founder. The system will provide services for individuals and businesses. IBM will Hardware, safety and network capacity contribute.
The system will use distributed billing technology to create a safe and convenient digital identity system that will allow individuals and businesses to freely exchange identity information without the help of an intermediary in a secure environment.
Germany Telecom’s research and innovation department will also participate in the development of this identity system.
