I mainly talk about the issues and considerations that we are currently promoting in the refueling station.

From five aspects to share with you: the company's profile, technical research, hydrogen refueling station project case, commercial exploration, cultural language concise.

First of all, the company's profile was established in 2004. It is the earliest company to do hydrogenation in China. We have two platforms. One is the Shanghai Hydrogen Utilization Engineering Technology Research Center, and the other is China Hydrogen Energy Network and WeChat Public Account. If you are interested, you can pay attention to the fact that the hydrogen energy network basically updates information every day.

In 2017, the industry started to start. We started to do some layouts for hydrogen refueling stations. There is a joint venture in Shanghai. The investment platform for hydrogen refueling stations in Shanghai is located in Yunfu, and there is a vehicle hydrogen system in Tianjin. At the same time, there is a partner company. The latest company established a joint venture company in Wuhan and a local gas station company. The positioning is the hydrogen station refueling service provider in Hubei.

Yan Hua is currently working on two major projects. One is focusing on the infrastructure for hydrogenation. The construction of hydrogen refueling stations includes us to do some core equipment. There is also a direction to build a piece of hydrogen storage system around the car. The things that we ourselves do also develop like some of the key components inside.

The second section describes some of the previous technologies. This PPT shows the history of the development of some key equipment in the hydrogen refueling station. Localization of the 35Mpa hydrogenation machine started from the earliest World Expo Hydrogen Refueling Station. The 2010 Games will be localized for 45Mpa compressors. In 2016, the 70Mpa hydrogenation machine in Dalian, at least in the technology section, carried out a research and development and also applied. This piece of our Ministry of Science and Technology includes Shanghai. The Science and Technology Commission has been supporting the localization of this piece of equipment.

This is a bit of a foundation, because Geng Hua is mainly responsible for the research of hydrogenation, the control technology of hydrogenation, and the development of hydrogenation equipment. Therefore, some basic researches on some hydrogenation processes are shown. The simulation of hydrogenation is done here to do a 70Mpa hydrogenation experiment to judge the temperature of a piece of control, in fact, this is some of the test equipment, is used to detect some of the temperature distribution during the five acceleration process. Through some research efforts, The results of some scientific researches have been formed. There are nearly 20 patents in this piece. There are also standards in this section that have been involved in the development of 11 hydrogenation standards including on-board hydrogen supply, and the main formulation units for domestic hydrogenation standards.

Here we continue to improve our products and technologies continuously. We are doing the next step in the development of the hydrogenator, considering the optimization of the control system to be more integrated and modular, including its appearance as much as possible. This generation should be in August of this year. It will be used first in Yunfu's hydrogen refueling station, and there will be a method of calibrating the amount of hydrogen refueling. We will cooperate with the Zhongyuan Hospital to quickly detect the accuracy of filling. In the hydrogen refueling station, from the key R&D direction, for example, on the compressor, there is still a relatively large gap between domestic and foreign companies in terms of reliability. Many of these gaps are also related to manufacturing processes and quality control. In the aspect of improving the integration level of the hydrogenation machine, the second 70Mpa hydrogenation machine should be continuously improved and optimized. Because this block has the control of filling this block, it is still limited to the current domestic testing conditions. perfect.

The key components are basically lacking, and all the key components inside the domestic equipment need to be imported. The hydrogenation machine has a hydrogen gun flowmeter that needs to be imported. There are also dose standards. It was originally in the hydrogen refueling station. There is a need to calibrate once in half a year. In the original hydrogen refueling station, there is currently no better means and conditions for hydrogenation. There are also studies on the layout of hydrogenation projects. Now many of our cities are constantly introducing hydrogen refueling stations. The development plan has a large number of goals. However, that digital goal is very difficult to implement because there are no plans for the early stage, only some figures on the paper, and the numbers on the paper should be turned into hydrogen refueling stations. There is a lot of work to do.

The third is to introduce some facilities of the hydrogen refueling station. All the work we do in this section of the hydrogen refueling station, from the initial design to the functional procurement, the system is integrated into the drive delivery to provide the enhanced services of the entire hydrogen refueling station. The domestic hydrogen refueling stations are listed, because in the past year or two, there have been a lot of vehicles to be refueled as soon as possible to get them out as quickly as possible. In the past two years, there are many hydrogen refueling stations on the site. It is very perfect, this kind of public, because within the field can not provide services outside, here lists the public hydrogen refueling station, in operation, and during the construction process, this may not be very full. It is the overall participation of Yan Hua.

Now in construction, Haohua is now involved in an Anhui Lu'an hydrogen refueling station project. Here is a simple hydrogenation equipment is equivalent to the field, we have done some, in the field this one is to implement In the hydrogenation, we have also done some work in this area. Above the hydrogen refueling station is basically the hydrogen refueling station we originally built. On the other hand, we have a mobile hydrogen refueling vehicle. We originally had two cars at the Expo. Application, in fact, its refill volume is very large. Because of the above factors in the regulations, the promotion of mobile hydrogen refueling vehicles still encounters a big problem.

This is the first Anting Hydrogen Refueling Station in Shanghai. Yonghua has been continuously operating. This year is the 11th year. The number of hydrogenation is more than 8,000 times. It is also a large number of visitors. This station is 35MPa. At present, it is necessary to increase the hydrogen function of 70Mpa. The effect of the entire station operation is very good and the reliability of availability is reliable. The reliability mainly refers to the reliability of this piece of equipment. The main reason is that the car can be used to add hydrogen immediately. We also Do some statistical data. The effect of the entire station is very good. The amount of refueling at this station is not large. The number of vehicles for a long time is very small. The main demonstration is that SAIC has also hydrogenated from the original demonstration activities. Since last year, there have been different Depot model, or announcement test, is now hydrogenating on our hydrogen refueling station. This is the EXPO's hydrogen refueling station. It took about seven or eight months to open, but it raised very frequently. It was very large. At that time, there were 196 fuel cell vehicles operating in the Expo site. This station just briefly mentioned that our hydrogenation machines and hydrogen storage tanks were made locally. The scale of this station was very large at the time. The amount reached 900 kilograms.

In the long-term operation of Anting Hydrogen Refueling Station, we have also accumulated a relatively complete operation and management system for hydrogen refueling stations. This set of operating system is now also said to be available for our customers. The original Expo was located in Yunfu's hydrogen refueling station. Export this set of system, so that it can quickly enter the normal operating state.

In the commercialization stage, now Huan Hua is considered to be the first step. It is very difficult to promote this matter with the power of Yanhua. At that time, it was also a step toward us to attract more large enterprises, such as the national energy Shenhua, for example, PetroChina, Sinopec or other companies are involved in this matter. In Shanghai, Shanghai Indigo Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established. There is a unit that incites the operation of new energy vehicles. There are currently hundreds of electric buses used as commuter shuttle companies to rent cars. In use, from different roles we can promote the operation of hydrogen refueling stations including vehicles. There is a hydrogen refueling station construction plan in Shanghai, and we plan to build 7 hydrogen refueling stations by 2020. This includes The upgrading of the Anting station, several of which we are doing, are already in motion. However, in the early days, the acquisition of this piece of land was still above.

The platform we built for Yunfu is planned to build 5 hydrogen refueling stations, Luoding No. 1. The Yunfu New District 2 recently held a groundbreaking ceremony. This platform is mainly for local buses and logistics vehicles to carry out hydrogenation. One piece is also cooperating with local companies, such as the gas company. Guohong is also related to fuel cells. We believe in the entire commercialization, Huan Hua wants to go to the field and we must rely on partners, and rely on different ones. The roles are different. Everyone takes different roles to do this.

The cooperation modes that can be explored at present, such as the establishment of an investment construction and operation platform, or the transfer of a dedicated investment platform, and a construction and operation platform, the simplest one is to provide customers with integrated solutions. EPC operations include operations on behalf of The handover is something that we can explore. Everywhere is not the same.

The last part is to mention some problems and suggestions in this aspect. The construction of hydrogen refueling stations is very difficult. It mainly means that a regular hydrogen refueling station is very difficult. The progress of the site can be directly put on, and many approvals do not go. But as a The valuable hydrogen refueling station must be a compliant hydrogen refueling station. Compliance is difficult. We also have statistics. There are probably some problems. The first one is that the approval process is not clear. Now many local cities are developing local The hydrogen refueling station approval process is better in some relatively second-tier cities. Shanghai's approval process is now in consultation with different departments. It is difficult to obtain this piece of land, there are cost reasons, and land has various influencing factors including land process. It may take four to five months to get a site normal, and the nature of the site is not clear at present. There are industrial sites here. There will be a lot of safety assessments. This piece of safety supervision requires industrial land, but industrial land will certainly evolve. Industrial area requirements. Construction and operation costs are currently very high. At present, basically a compliant station has been built basically between 10 and 15 million, and the properties of hydrogen refueling stations are not clear. This is a municipal facility that is similar to a gas filling station. The municipal facility is still like a hazardous chemicals business site. This piece is not clear at present. The inspection method for hydrogen refueling stations is still relatively lacking, for example, the storage of hydrogen refueling stations. The tanks must have minor repairs and overhauls on a regular basis, and the pressure gauges must be taught and researched once every six months. Third-party evaluation projects, we must have a critical assessment of safety in hydrogen refueling station approvals. There are also EIAs in the refueling stations, occupational health assessments, and social Stability evaluation, this evaluation is more. There are planning studies are relatively backward. After we have these plans, there is no practical support behind these figures. This piece means that we are talking about departments such as land In advance, these practical points should be planned and laid out well, including the nature of these lands. It is necessary to set a certain block as the land for hydrogen refueling stations as soon as possible, so as to provide assistance for the promotion in the later period.

Finally, some suggestions are made. One is the promotion of hydrogen safety. The government's handling of hydrogen refueling station approvals is still very conservative, mainly because it is not very understanding of safety. Another is to improve the current standards and regulations. There are some hydrogen refueling stations. Technical specifications, there are many details that need continuous improvement. Clear audit process and supervision mechanism, this piece of advice uses the hydrogen refueling station mechanism to do, week goes to the dangerous chemical product supervision, it is dangerous for later construction. It's very big. There are governments that need to work out development and siting plans. It's not just a digital plan. There are several sites. You have several hydrogen refueling stations to do.

The continuous reduction of equipment costs in terms of cost reduction, combined with existing traditional oil and gas stations can reduce land costs, including the burden of oil and hydrogen, and the government subsidy is currently unclear. Finally, hope is an open and cooperative way to improve the hydrogen refueling station industry through a continuous operation.
