We are pleased to share with you our work. Hua hydrogen is a company established in 2014. We mainly do fuel cells, DC technology and applications, HCNG technology applications and fuel cells.
Our company was established in 2014, members of the team from the 2016 HCNG engine with Guangxi Yuchai, built a world's largest daily HCNG 200,000 tons station in Shanxi in 2010, we were after six months of testing, There is no problem with these applications. In 2012, Ballard Co. developed the occupation of the fuel cell system. At that time, there were backup power supplies and some emergency power sources, ranging from 1.7 kW to about 50 kW. In 2013, they also participated in the preparation of the system. The National Standard for HCNG Fuels, a joint venture with Tianrun in 2015 called Tianrunhua Hydro was a project to develop hydrogen production from wind power. This project is currently being demonstrated by the state. One project is in Guyuan, Hebei, and the scale of projects in Jilin is the same as it. It is 10 megawatts, but Jilin is still a province of the Red Line in 2018. If we try to withdraw the red line in 2019, we will go to this project.
In 2017, we established a snowman company and set up a cooperation company. Snowman is a manufacturer of refrigeration equipment and compressors in Fuzhou. At present, we are collaborating on the development of some hydrogenation battery projects. Hua hydrogen is doing its own DCDC. Our business scope is The earliest small fixed power supply is several kilowatts to several tens of kilowatts. This is a piece of business for fuel cell applications. The other is our own HCNG hydrogen mixing station. We are now talking about these projects.
Hydrogen storage is the topic of today's forum. In the future, we also hope to make progress in the national hydrogen production of renewable energy and solve the problem of cleanliness and cost of upstream hydrogen sources. Now that the price of electricity is relatively high, the application of coal is very limited. The cost of electricity can be made more or less, so that the cost of hydrogen production is cheaper than natural gas at the current cost. In the future, we hope that everyone in the industry will join hands together in the northwestern region of our country, that is, along the route of the Belt and Road Initiative. Wind power photovoltaic resources are abundant. There is a problem of local consumption. The construction of UHV power grids is also cycle and cost. We can consider a large-scale hydrogen production program in the northwest region. Of course, we also need to rely on a series of supporting facilities to achieve low electricity prices and low costs. There is also a storage network. In short, we are still very supportive of the development of the natural gas industry. Because electric cars alone cannot solve all the problems, our current car may be two to three hundred million cars. The future is just a car. To grow to five or six billion, in this case, oil and gas are not enough. Electricity cannot complete the task of transformation independently. Also the development of natural gas vehicles, including vehicles and pure electric vehicles, including HCNG, including fuel cell vehicles and inside the vehicles, a comprehensive solution to the country's overall industrial upgrading and environmental protection.
The standard of “Compressed Hydrogen and Natural Gas Compressed Gas for Vehicles” drafted by Huaheng Hydro was the project of Jilin. It is still on the drawing and the equipment bidding was completed. The red line of Jilin City and the decision-making point of the enterprise itself may not be fast enough. It is now in the equipment. Manufacturers also need to fight for it in 2019. The design is 1,500 square meters of hydrogen for one hour, and the local natural gas is in our station. Actually, we are a natural gas station and a hydrogen production station. There are several products. Compressed natural gas, HCNG, and HCNG have the same pressure levels as natural gas. There are also pure hydrogen pressure levels from 25 MPa to 35 MPa. There is also some oxygen, which is a provider of integrated gas.
This is a part of the fuel cell business. The main one is the fuel cell module in the lower right corner, and the fuel system is empty. The bottom left corner is the CN centrifugal compressor can also be used. If this piece is used well, it should be It is to combine this into an organic whole, hoping to lower the cost of the fuel cell system and increase the reliability. This is a case of Hydrogenics, which has upstream and downstream products, including domestic ones. Kilowatts of fuel cell modules, as well as some equipment for water electrolysis and hydrogen production, the current cost of water electrolysis and hydrogen production equipment is 3 to 4 times more expensive than traditional alkaline equipment. Now, as the cost of fuel cells decreases, we want to electrolyze water. The cost of hydrogen production equipment is expected to drop below 2 times in the future. In addition, PEM's equipment has higher intelligence, lower maintenance costs, and longer life than traditional equipment for reducing electrolyzers. This piece of equipment has a large potential for growth. Smaller, directly in the field of wind power hydrogen production is still in the demonstration phase. In addition, Hydrogenics has also done a number of hydrogen refueling station EPC, globally there are more than 50 hydrogen refueling stations they are undertaking. Some domestic stations hope to cooperate to do some construction.
DCDC is the task of our own sub-topic of Hua hydrogen. Now we are developing a 40 kW DCDC technology. The DCDC equipment can be used on parametrically-conforming piles. We will strive to produce a sample by the end of 2018. This is still a good indicator. It is a process of our Shanxi HCNG station. Basically, the reason for the establishment of HCNG is that the gas source of our country’s natural gas is insufficient. It is basically outsourced, or transported on the road from the neighboring country, otherwise it is NOG. The form came from the coast of CNOOC, but we have hydrogen resources in our own country, including Shanxi Province. At the time, we also mentioned the concept of “four-in-one”, in which natural gas, coalbed methane, and hydrogen gas must be developed together. The price of CNG in the car is between 3.5 and 4.5 yuan. The profit margin of hydrogen is still there. HCNG is profitable in the right place.
Our station in Shanxi Province was voted more than 50 million at that time. At that time, it was estimated that it was more than 70 million. The process on the left was the process of visit. The middle one was for the car and the low pressure industry. The gas storage was a 25 MPa jar. On the right side, the one piece used by our car had more than one million heavy trucks in Shanxi Heavy Truck Group at that time. At that time, the scene of demonstration was applied. Including the driver's response, the data tests are all very good. Our Shaanxi project won the International Hydrogen Writer Award called Rudolf. This is a vehicle we tested at the time. I personally think that there is still room for development in the future of PEM equipment. Especially with the combination of renewable energy sources, the fluctuation of wind power is still very large. The wind power plants such as 50,000 or 200,000 wind power plants are not very volatile. The capacity of alkaline water and electrolyte equipment must be known through actual testing. PEM should be much better than the data. At that time, Hebei Electric Power was one of the sweetening projects in the Beijing Energy Bureau's review meeting. Several of these were approved afterwards. The Hebei project has been built. It is not HCNG. It is used as pure hydrogen. We use domestic equipment.
