Due to security concerns | India refuses Google to launch Street View

According to foreign media reports, the Indian side stated that it rejected Google’s proposal to launch Street View, a service that showcases panoramic images of roads and other sites.

Indian Interior Minister Ahir did not explain the reasons for this decision, although Indian media reported in October that the Ministry of National Defense had raised security issues.

Google first asked whether the Indian government can launch this service in India through Google Maps and Google Earth applications in 2015.

Google Street View is a technology used in Google Maps and Google Earth that provides street-level panoramic views to many cities around the world.

Google first launched the service in several cities in the United States in 2007, and later promoted to cities and rural areas around the world.
