The overall size of the casing is large and the cavity is complex and thin. Therefore, casting is insufficient, solidification shrinks, casting defects such as hot and cold deformation are extremely prominent, mechanical properties are difficult to guarantee, and development is extremely difficult. The project team solved the problem for the first time in China ≥ 1.2 tons of high-capacity titanium alloy smelting and pouring, high-precision complex flow control, heat treatment deformation control, precision machining and other key technical issues, successfully developed a complete structure, compact, precise size, excellent performance of high-quality titanium alloy casing products .
