The reporter learned from the petrochemical instrumentation automation technology localization promotion seminar that in recent years, China's petrochemical industry has developed rapidly, and the localization of instrument automation technology has played an important role in ensuring the safety, smooth and efficient operation of petrochemical industry.
At present, China's oil continues to promote the localization of instrumentation and automatic control systems. Thirty types of 140 integrated integrated devices have been developed. A total of 7,819 units have been promoted and applied, saving investment of 2.375 billion yuan. Currently, conventional oil fields, heavy oil fields, low permeability gas fields, and coal seams Gas fields, shale gas fields and other major instruments and automatic control systems have been realized in China.
At the symposium, the participating experts focused on the topics of 'domestic field instrumentation, progress of valve automation equipment, application of petrochemical industry, lack of domestic instrument automation technology, and future market demand', focusing on the upgrading of petrochemical instrument automation technology in China. Wu Youhua, executive vice chairman of the China Instrument and Instrument Society, said that instrumentation is a multiplier for industrial production. China's instrumentation industry has made gratifying achievements in industrial upgrading, and has promoted China's move from a large instrument manufacturing nation to a manufacturing powerhouse.
This seminar aims to summarize the current situation of localization application of instrumentation automation technology in petrochemical enterprises, promote domestic automation technology and level of instrumentation, and better support safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, and efficient petrochemical construction and operation management.
