On March 20, the General Affairs Department of the National Energy Administration issued a letter on the "Distributed Power Generation Management Measures." This measure is applicable to objects including, but not limited to, distributed generation methods:
(2) Wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy, ocean energy, geothermal energy and other new energy sources that are connected to the distribution network at various voltage levels
(6) Distributed energy storage facilities, and new energy microgrids, terminal integrated integrated functional systems, regional energy networks (energy Internet) and other energy comprehensive utilization systems.
