Wanhua Chemical's new-generation modified PC powder adopts a new multi-level low-temperature devolatilization process. The entire production process is completely free of high-temperature heating, and the initial performance of the product is kept to the maximum.

A variety of low-level powder functional additives are used in the modification process. The powder system not only has a good mixing effect, but also can significantly reduce the measurement error and improve the product stability if the premixed process is adopted.

Expand design freedom

In formula design, on the one hand, because no additives are added to the powder PC, the degree of interaction between different raw materials is reduced; on the other hand, premixing with any ratio of functional additives can be realized, and the design boundary of the formula is extended. .

Reduce device costs

Due to the improvement in mixing and metering, the investment cost of the new reforming device can be significantly reduced, and the more complicated the formula is, the higher the quality requirement is, the more significant the system cost reduction is.
