In recent years, with the transformation and upgrading of the company's products, various types of cylinder heads have also changed. The original copper bushings often have problems in the use of servo motors, resulting in inaccurate press-fitting positioning and its own complicated structure. Tooling is cumbersome and difficult to adjust. The original copper bushing machine can not meet the press-fitting requirements of the cylinder head currently being manufactured. For this purpose, the machining department, the technical team and the equipment workshop of the machining plant decide on the copper bushing according to the actual situation. The machine carries on the independent transformation.
The content of the renovation project is divided into two parts, namely the mechanical part and the electrical part. The mechanical part is mainly used in the split type press-fitting method. The copper sleeve press-fitting is separated from the main presser bar; the raceways adopt the power raceway, and the raceway belt Limited-position cylinders; clutches on the feed track to effectively prevent bottom-plane scratches; clamps are placed horizontally, press-fit parts are tilted and form an angle of 10 degrees with the clamps, and the clamps are manufactured in modular, fixture modules and machine tools The tabletop is detachable to facilitate the upgrading of later products. The main part of the electrical part is to replace the original servo motor with a three-phase asynchronous motor; the switches used for positioning are all well-known brands in China and guarantee accurate positioning.
During the renovation of the project, the technicians of the machining plant arranged the technically skilled fitters and electrician masters to be responsible for technically responsible personnel. Each day, the on-site problems were recorded and processed, and the cylinder heads after press-fitting were also tracked in terms of quality. The head of the factory department also visited the site every day to check the progress of the renovation.
