The results showed that in the fourth batch of 2017, a total sample of samples were taken in Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, and Henan. 1. 101 batches of three phase asynchronous motors produced by 101 companies in 15 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government in Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing and Shaanxi.

Quota and Performance, GB/T 1971-2006 Requirements for Signs and Rotation Directions of Rotor Ends, GB/T 10068-2008, Measurements and Limits for Mechanical Vibration of Motors with Shaft Height Above 56 mm and Above Value, GB/T 10069.3-2008 "Methods and limits for determination of noise in rotating electrical machines - Part 3: Noise limits", GB/T 14711-2013 "General safety requirements for small and medium-sized rotating electrical machines" and other standards, for three-phase Direction of rotation of asynchronous motor products, junction box and wiring device, grounding, lead protection, terminal blocks, rating test, thermal test, contact current, insulation resistance, dielectric strength test, mechanical strength test, vibration measurement, noise measurement, 14 items such as efficiency measurement were tested.
Spot checks found that 11 batches of products did not meet the requirements of the standard, involving the direction of rotation, grounding, wiring terminals, ration test, vibration measurement, efficiency measurement items.
