The Indian government updated the tariff regulations in 2015. The new regulations are valid for 5 years.
Currently, Haitian offers injection presses with a clamping force range of 86-1000 tons. By the end of this year, Haitian will introduce 450-900 tons of double-plate composite molding machines to expand the product range of the Indian market. Manjanwal is expected to produce approximately annually. 50 such products.
The new plant plans to reach a capacity of about 200 hydraulic presses by the end of this year. Manjanwal said that the new plant will first focus on the Indian domestic market, and future products will be exported to Africa and the Middle East.
At the same time, Haitian will also expand its warehouse, purchase properties in northern India (close to Delhi), and plan to open a second warehouse in Pune after the new plant is put into operation. Both will be the main automobile manufacturing centers.
Manjanwal also stated that the company plans to open a second manufacturing plant in Chennai, India, by 2023.
'The blueprint for the second factory is ready and it is currently in the siting stage. 'Manjanwal said that the plant may have comparable productivity to that of the Gujarat factory. The injection molding machine market in India 'is shipped about 7,500 machines per year with an average annual growth. 15%. 'And Haitian will import about 10 fully electric injection molding machines from China to India every year.
