Injection Molding Machine Repair Manual: Handling 14 Problems of Clamping Parts

1. Not locked

Approach:

Check safety door front limit switch and repair.

Check the 24V5A power supply inside the box, change the insurance and power box.

Check if the spool is stuck and clean the spool.

Check if the I/O board has output and if the solenoid valve is energized.

Check whether the hydraulic safety switch is pressed and the mechanical lock lever is open.

2. Open and close the machine

Approach:

Check if the lubricating oil pipe is disconnected. If so, you must reconnect the oil pipe.

Lubricant oil volume is small, increase the amount of lubricating oil, it is recommended that 50-die oil once or manually add enough oil.

Large clamping force, check whether the mold needs large clamping force, lower the clamping force.

The current of the amplifier board is disturbed, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptance criteria, and adjust the current value again.

The degree of parallelism is poor, check whether the parallelism of the first two plates is greater than the acceptance criteria by dial indicator; adjust the parallelism.

3. Wait a few seconds before opening the mold

Approach:

Start speed is slow, check screw damping is too large, reduce the screw hole.

The middle hole of the damping screw is too large, check whether the Y hole screw damping is too large, change the center hole thin damping nail.

4. Clamping mode

Approach:

Two-plate rails and columns are worn out. Check the second-plate rails and the Corinthian column. Replace the two-plate copper sleeve, the Corinthian column, and fill the lubricating oil.

The mold-locking speed is not adjusted properly. When the flow is set to 20, and the pressure is 99, the second clamping plate should not creep. Adjust the flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole to adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.

Pipes and cylinders have air, exhaust.

5. Can't open the mold

Approach:

Increase the mold-locking speed, the pressure flow rate is not adjusted well, check the mold-locking speed, whether the pressure is appropriate, and increase the mold-locking pressure and speed.

The mode-locked electronic ruler is changed to zero position, check whether the die-clamping machine is stopped at the zero position after twisting, and re-adjust the electronic ruler zero position.

Check whether the anti-hinge.

6. Automatic adjustment will become tighter or looser

Approach:

Adjust the solenoid valve leakage, check the solenoid valve is 'O' type;

Whether there is mold adjustment action when playing other actions manually, and see if the valve is stuck.

7. When the other actions are performed after clamping, fully automatic slowly open the mold

Approach:

Leak in the oil board, check or replace the super-locking valve, replace the oil board.

The mold opening valve leaks, and the pump is started and the mold clamping is terminated. According to the injection table or injection, the second plate is moved backward, and the mold opening oil valve is replaced. Normally, the mold is opened and the mold is not moved.

8. Only mold opening when clamping

Approach:

Check the wrong line, check whether there is 24VDC to the valve, check the wiring and wiring.

Check or install the wrong valve plug, check if the valve plug is wrong, or plug, re-install the valve plug or clean. Under normal circumstances, the mold-opening operation is not moving.

9. Poor mold clamping

Approach:

A, B hole is not properly adjusted, set the system flow 20, pressure 99, observe the mold clamping action is crawling, re-adjust or change the valve.

There is air in the oil circuit. Listen to the sound of air in the oil circuit. Check if there is any air bubbles in the oil.

Incorrect adjustment of the ramp-up ramp of the amplifier board, observe whether the current value of the current meter is proportional to the change of the elevator or the speed, and adjust the amplifier board.

10. Mold clamping can not afford high pressure, beyond the trip

Approach:

The limit switch exceeds the limit, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, adjust the appropriate mold thickness; check whether the motor is normal.

The hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke, the electronic ruler's travel position is appropriate, check the mold adjustment is appropriate, and adjust the mold forward.

11. There is manual mode termination, semi-automatic mode termination

Approach:

The mold-opening valve leaks, manually moves behind the injection table, observes whether the second plate retreats, and replaces the mold-opening valve.

Check the electronic ruler's maximum stroke and pressure flow.

12. No thimble motion

Approach:

The thimble limit switch is broken. Use a multimeter to check if the 24V proximity switch is on. Replace the thimble limit switch.

Check the valve, use the hexagonal spoon to press the plunger if it is removable, and clean the pressure valve.

The thimble limit rod is broken. After stopping, remove the limit rod and replace the limit rod.

The thimble switch is short circuited. Check the voltage of the thimble switch to ground 0 with a multimeter and replace the thimble switch.

Electronic ruler position is set incorrectly.

13. Thimble gets out of control when semi-automatic

Approach:

The thimble plate is bad, check the line is normal, normal voltage DV24V. Maintenance thimble plate.

Broken line, fully check the switch cable, I / O board connection cable. Check the line, re-wiring.

Checking the mold has no walk.

Cylinder piston rod seal is damaged.

14. Large sound when opening a mold

Approach:

The linearity of the ratio is poor, the pressure flow in the open/close mold position is poorly adjusted, the ramp-up and ramp-down in the inspection parameters, the ramp-up and ramp-down in the adjustment parameters.

Mold clamping machine hinge lubrication is poor, check the Corinthian column, the second board slippery feet, lubrication of the machine hinge, increase lubrication, increase the number of oil.

The mold clamping force is too large. Check the mold clamping force when the mold is stressed. Reduce the clamping force depending on the user's product. Check if the time position is appropriate.

The first two plates parallel to the deviation, check the first board parallel to the second board. Adjust the second board, the head board parallel error.

Slow turn to fast open setting position is too small, speed is too fast. Check the slow open mold to fast open position is appropriate, slow open mold speed is too fast. Long slow open mold position, slow slow open mold speed.
