2, equipment overall system development
The bamboo tube measuring instrument uses a scanning laser probe to measure the end face of the bamboo tube. 3, industrial computer processing measurement system
3.1, description of system components
The measurement system handled by the IPC is mainly composed of a control box, a probe, a bamboo tube holder, an embedded industrial computer, and a control circuit system. Its appearance and composition are shown in the figure below.
The control box is the protective structure of the equipment. The scanning laser probe and the control circuit system are installed in the control box. The bamboo bracket is installed in the front of the control box. The center of the bracket and the control box is provided with a laser beam. The slot is long. The upper part of the control box is equipped with embedded IPC and 'emergency stop', 'stop' and 'start' buttons. The power cord of the system and the foot switch of the foot switch are set in the lower part of the control box.
The embedded industrial control computer is a touch screen industrial control computer. The software startup and setting is directly operated on the industrial control computer.
