With respect to color, many products can cover much of the sRGB color gamut for external publicity. At present, most displays can cover more than 90% of the sRGB color gamut. Therefore, many products cannot be classified in this category.
There is actually another standard that can really reflect the degree of display color difference: NTSC color gamut, sRGB color gamut is actually only equivalent to 72% of NTSC color gamut, so pay more attention when you buy monitors to avoid being 忽悠.
Buy fog on the screen does not buy a mirror
The author recommended a matte screen between the matte screen and the mirror screen. The reason is actually very simple to prevent reflection.
The reflective effect of the mirror screen will bring a lot of influence. Using it for a long time will make the eyes uncomfortable, and it will make the eyes feel tired. At the same time, when the screen is displayed, it is very agreeable to see the surrounding environment and affect the display effect of the monitor screen.
So try not to buy a mirror screen when choosing a monitor.
Gameplay and pictures can't have both
Due to the enthusiasm of the gaming market, e-sports monitors have received a lot of attention. Gamers are pursuing more of the continuity of the picture and faster response time. In order to achieve this effect, they must be made on the panel selection. This choice also affects the color of the screen.
If you want to buy an e-sport monitor, you have to pay attention to the refresh rate. At present, ordinary monitors are 59/60Hz. For gamers, the monitor currently has 144Hz, 165Hz and higher 240Hz. On this basis, there are AMD's. FreeSync technology and NVIDIA's G-Sync technology to ensure that the picture is smooth and tear-free.
For player users, the 59/60Hz refresh rate of a normal monitor is certainly not enough. Selecting a monitor with a high refresh rate naturally increases the price.
If the product with FreeSync technology is still good, the price is relatively small, because this technology is free and open, if you have G-Sync technology, the price will increase a lot, because NVIDIA's technology is Need hardware embedding.
