Acrylics Africa, a specialty plastics manufacturer, recently announced that it has been wholly owned by Evonik and does not have any joint venture partners.
Evonik Industries AG acquired a 49% stake in AMPA, owned by Evonik Acrylics Africa, under the liquidation of AMPA Plastics Group (subsequently restarted) in 2017.
