Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, the industrial and informatization authorities of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the communications administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government:
According to the Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Construction of a New Industrialization Industrial Demonstration Base (MIIT [2016] No. 212), in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of National New Industrialization Demonstration Base (Gongxinbujian [2017] No. 1) and the " The Notice of Applying for National New Industrialization Demonstration Base in 2017 "(ICSC Regulation No. [2017] 449), after review and public announcement, agreed that 15 industrial clusters such as Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park will be designated as" National New Industrialization Industrial Demonstration Base (Dominant class) 'and 36 industrial agglomeration areas such as Huayuan Industrial Park in Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone are listed as' National New Industrialization Industrial Demonstration Base (Special Class)' (list of attachments is attached herewith), and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Building the National New Industrialization Demonstration Base (hereinafter referred to as Demonstration Base) To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th CPC Congress, take the new era of Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide, and follow the new connotation and new requirements of the new industrialization and do a good job in demonstrating Base work plan and implementation of industrial development planning and other work to achieve standardized development and improve quality and efficiency to speed up industrial agglomeration to industrial cluster transformation and upgrading.
2. The competent industrial and informatization departments of all localities should further guide and promote the construction of demonstration bases at the national and provincial levels and improve the cultivation system of the demonstration bases. Third, in accordance with the requirements of the Work Plan for the Quality Evaluation of Development of National New Industrialization Demonstration Bases (No.107 [2017] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Ministry of Industry and Commerce will work with relevant departments to conduct quality evaluation of demonstration bases and carry out ' Dynamic management of the demonstration base for classification and guidance.
