Since iOS 11, Apple officially blocked 32 applications, and the new App Store is no longer supported to download and buy 32-bit applications.Nowadays, to encourage more consumers to buy Apple's latest tenth anniversary edition of iPhone X, providing users Satisfaction, Apple's App Store is out of the new measures: April 2018, iOS all applications must fit iPhone X.
Earlier in the day, Apple officially notified developers that all new applications submitted to the App Store, including generic applications, must be compiled with the iOS 11 SDK starting April 2018. That means developers must use Xcode 9 or Newer versions, and developers must make sure their iOS apps fit the iPhone X's 5.8-inch OLED display perfectly.
In the meantime, Apple officials also pointed out that developers are looking for applications that support new features in iOS 11, such as Core ML, SiriKit, the new camera API and ARKit.

It is worth mentioning that all applications submitted must be compiled with the watchOS 2 SDK or newer and all new applications submitted must use the watchOS 4 SDK or later starting April 1, 2018. By then, the watchOS 1 application Will stop accepting.
