On February 13, 2018, Biostar motherboard manufacturers announced that they will update their motherboard BIOS with X370, B350 and A320 chipsets. The updated motherboard will be compatible with the new AMD Raven Ridge APU.
Currently, the new desktop APU has two models -R5 2400G with R3 2200G Both are based on the Rui Long Zen architecture with four physical cores, the former supporting Hyper-Threading and having a Core Frequency of up to 3.9GHz and 11 Vega CU units.
The latter removed the hyper-threading design, the highest Core frequency down to 3.7GHz, Vega CU unit number has also been reduced to 8, but the TDP is still consistent with the former 65W.
The following is the specific model of the motherboard BIOS update:
BIOSTAR RACING Series: RACING X370GT7, RACING X370GT5, RACING X370GT3, RACING X370GTN, RACING B350GT5, RACING B350GT3, RACING B350GTN, and RACING B350ET2.
BIOSTAR Crypto Mining Series: TB350-BTC and TA320-BTC.
BIOSTAR PRO Series: A320MH PRO and A320MD PRO.
