AMD's new headquarters building is a six-story building with a building area of ​​20,000 square meters and is part of Santa Clara Square, a total area of ​​nearly 160,000 square meters. Designed and built by the construction company Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, AMD won the Architectural Design Award The old headquarters is more modern, can accommodate more than 1,000 people at the same time office, and has a good all-glass exterior lighting, distribution of a reasonable floor space, as well as leisure, entertainment, fitness, restaurants, supermarkets and other ancillary facilities.

Interestingly, about 800 meters across the road from AMD's new headquarters is Intel's headquarter. Intel, Dell, Qualcomm and other tech giants are also home here, not far from Apple and Google.
